Guided tours

Learn everything worth knowing about the monastery site Ihlow in the basic tour - from its history to its present form. In our basic tour we not only offer you various topics such as spirituality, architecture or ecology: You also have the opportunity to choose between the languages: German, English, Dutch or Low-German.

Prices:

1. For groups of up to ten people: 30,00 euros (plus 1,00 Euro per person for the tower visit).
2. Groups of eleven or more participants: 3,00 euros per person (plus 1 Euro per person for the tower visit).

On the "Adventure Sundays", open guided tours take place from 3:30 p.m. with free admission for all interested parties. These are half-hour trial tours. The meeting point is the entrance to the Imagination opposite of the monastery café.

The approximately 40-kilometre-long East Frisian pilgrimage route leads from Ihlow via Marienhafe to Norden. It runs largely along fields and meadow paths and is based on a medieval pilgrimage route.
